Information you choose to share
A studio enquiry contains the name, email address, project description and any optional budget or NDA preference you submit. A studio-notes request contains your email address and consent. Please do not include confidential credentials, payment information or sensitive personal records in an initial enquiry.
How the information is used
On a connected studio site, enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request. Studio-notes details are used for the updates you request. We do not sell enquiry information or add project contacts to a mailing list without separate consent.
Local preview and connected services
This template starts in local preview mode. Forms return a simulated result and do not deliver email, create a real subscription or persist a contact in a remote database. If an operator connects a CMS, submitted records are handled by that configured service and its agreed access controls.
Cookies and external requests
The seed-only site does not load source-site analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts or social embeds. Interface controls use in-memory state. A future operator must review any added measurement or embedded service and provide the required notice and choices.
Retention and your choices
A site operator should retain enquiries only while needed for the conversation and any applicable business record requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through the published contact address. An active mailing service must also provide an unsubscribe option.
Security and contact
Server credentials belong in private environment variables and are never intended for browser bundles. Access to submitted enquiries should be limited to authorised staff. For this fictional studio, the contact address is hello@astral-layer.example; replace it before making the site public.
